A climate cafe is a community-organized space with open, nonjudgmental conversations about climate change and how it makes us feel. All emotions are valid, and experienced facilitators guide conversations to promote connection and insight.

Listening Garden
Join us for a one-of-a-kind community experience inspired by silent discos, where instead of music, we’ll move together through the rhythms of gardening and story.
We’ll join a local community garden or farm to assist with pollinator conservation and food access initiatives. We’ll first learn about the organization’s mission, and as we garden, we’ll listen to a podcast episode exploring what it means to belong to a place, to care for one another, and to repair our relationship with the Earth.
Gardening while listening will offer us a chance to somatically process the information, stories, and sentiments shared in the podcast episode. When the episode is over, we’ll gather in a circle to share reflections.

Climate Collaging
Drop in for an afternoon of creative expression, reflection, and connection.
We'll provide prompts, magazines, and supplies to help you express what words sometimes can’t regarding climate change. Together, we’ll explore themes of hope, grief, emotions, the future, and the world we dream of.
No artistic experience needed. Just bring your curiosity, and maybe your favorite scissors.
